By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the site: You agree to use OFFGRID for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the site, attempt to access it improperly, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products & pricing: We do our best to display products, colors and prices accurately, but screens vary and occasional errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities (drops are often limited). If we cancel an order due to a pricing error, we'll refund you in full.

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Intellectual property: All designs, graphics, logos, text and images on this site belong to OFFGRID and are protected by law. Don't copy, reproduce or resell our content or designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability: OFFGRID isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by law.
