How do your sizes fit? I'm nervous about ordering online.

Most of our tops are cut oversized on purpose — that's the streetwear look. Each product page has a full size guide with chest, length and waist measurements. If you want a regular fit, size down one. Still unsure? Message us your usual size and we'll point you the right way.

Is this real, original product or some dropshipping markup?

Every OFFGRID piece is our own design, spec'd by us — original sneaker silhouettes, our own graphics, our own construction standards. We're an independent brand, not a reseller slapping a price on someone else's catalog.

What does "heavyweight" actually mean?

It's the fabric weight in grams per square meter (GSM). Our tees are 280gsm and our hoodies/crews are 400gsm — significantly heavier than the 150–180gsm fast-fashion average. Heavier fabric holds its shape, isn't see-through, and lasts far longer.

How long does shipping take and can I track it?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US delivery is typically 5–8 business days; international 10–18. Every order comes with a tracking number the moment it leaves us, so you're never left guessing.

What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

You've got 30 days. Items need to be unworn with tags on. Start a return or exchange from our Returns page or just message us — exchanges for a different size are easy and we make it painless.

Are drops really limited? Will my size restock?

Some pieces are limited runs and won't return once they're gone — that's the nature of a drop. Core essentials (like the Concrete Tee) restock regularly. Get on the email list to know about restocks and new drops before anyone else.

How should I wash my pieces so they last?

Machine wash cold, hang dry. Heat is the enemy of heavyweight cotton and dark washes — skip the dryer to keep the weight, color and fit. Full care instructions are on every product page.

Is checkout secure? How do I reach a human?
