Exchange Policy

Wrong size? Want a different colorway? Exchanges are easy.

What we accept:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Footwear in its original box, unworn.

How to start an exchange:

  1. Message us through the Contact page or email with your order number and what you'd like instead.
  2. We'll confirm availability and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the original item back. Once it arrives, we send out your new size or color.

Sizing help: Not sure what to swap to? Send us your measurements or usual size and we'll recommend the right fit before you ship anything back — so you only do this once.

Limited items: If a drop has sold out and we can't fulfill the exchange, we'll offer store credit or a full refund instead.
