Exchange Policy

Wrong size? Want a different colorway? Exchanges are easy.
What we accept:
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags, within 30 days of delivery.
- Footwear in its original box, unworn.
How to start an exchange:
- Message us through the Contact page or email with your order number and what you'd like instead.
- We'll confirm availability and send return instructions.
- Ship the original item back. Once it arrives, we send out your new size or color.
Sizing help: Not sure what to swap to? Send us your measurements or usual size and we'll recommend the right fit before you ship anything back — so you only do this once.
Limited items: If a drop has sold out and we can't fulfill the exchange, we'll offer store credit or a full refund instead.
