Refund Policy

Didn't work out? No stress. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box, in unworn condition.
- Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible (clearly marked at checkout).
How to request a refund:
- Message us through the Contact page or email with your order number.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back (return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty or wrong).
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or wrong item? That's on us — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your call.
