Refund Policy

Effective date: June 8, 2026

Didn't work out? No stress. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box, in unworn condition.
  • Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible (clearly marked at checkout).

How to request a refund:

  1. Message us through the Contact page or email with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty or wrong).
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or wrong item? That's on us — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your call.
